• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Cardova does not store your payment information.
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Cardova are owned by Jovin Varghese Manjaly (the creator) or licensed from third parties..
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

• Cardova integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, Vercel, Umami, Supabase, Apple Wallet, and Google Wallet.
• Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

• Cardova is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that Cardova will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stepseed and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Cardova.
